Ambire Health, Inc. provides private healthcare consultation and related professional services through authorized in-home and telehealth arrangements. Availability depends on the patient’s location, clinical needs, provider licensure, and the scope of services offered at that time.

This website is not intended for emergencies or urgent medical concerns. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use this website, its Contact page, WooCommerce order notes, or ordinary email to request emergency assistance.

They are not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription, or substitute for individualized evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional. Use of the website, creation of an account, or purchase of a service does not by itself guarantee eligibility for a particular treatment, medication, prescription, or clinical outcome. Clinical decisions remain subject to professional evaluation and applicable law.

Access to the private Current Patient Services area is limited to individuals approved by Ambire Health. Public account registration and public membership purchase are not offered. You agree to:

- Refrain from sharing your account with another person.
- Notify Ambire Health if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Ambire Health may suspend or terminate access when an account is misused, compromised, inactive, or no longer associated with an established patient.

This website’s storefront is intended for service selection, payments, receipts, downloads, and basic account management.

Do not submit diagnoses, medical histories, photographs, prescription requests, detailed symptoms, or other sensitive clinical information through:

- Product-selection fields
- Shopping-cart or checkout fields
- WooCommerce order notes
- Ordinary website contact forms
- Unencrypted email.

Use the Practice Fusion patient portal for appropriate clinical communications, forms, and medical information. Neither this website nor the Practice Fusion portal should be used for emergencies.

Services displayed on the website may be subject to eligibility requirements, geographic limitations, scheduling availability, and professional clinical judgment.

Payment for a service does not obligate Ambire Health to provide care that is clinically inappropriate, outside the provider’s scope of practice, prohibited by law, or unavailable in the patient’s location. If a paid service cannot appropriately be provided, Ambire Health will contact the patient regarding rescheduling, an alternative arrangement, account credit, or an applicable refund.

Ambire Health does not sell or dispense prescription medications through this website. A payment does not guarantee that any medication will be prescribed, continued, changed, or refilled.

All prescribing decisions are based on clinical evaluation, professional judgment, applicable law, and patient safety.

Ambire Health operates as a private cash-pay practice unless a separate written arrangement states otherwise. The patient is responsible for charges displayed and accepted at checkout.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Ambire Health does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

Prices and available services may change prospectively. A price change will not alter a previously completed order unless the patient agrees to the change.

Ambire Health does not guarantee that any service or purchase will be covered or reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, a commercial insurer, an employer plan, a health savings account, or a flexible spending account.

Patients are responsible for determining whether a purchase is eligible for reimbursement. Ambire Health may provide a receipt or other available payment documentation but does not guarantee reimbursement.

Scheduling, cancellation, missed-appointment, credit, and refund terms are governed by the published Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.

Patients should review that policy before completing payment.

Purchased digital materials are licensed to the purchaser for personal, noncommercial use unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, sublicense, upload, or commercially exploit purchased materials without written permission from Ambire Health.

Download availability and refund eligibility are subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Educational downloads do not replace individualized medical evaluation or treatment.

You may not use the website to:

- Violate any law or the rights of another person.
- Attempt unauthorized access to an account, server, database, or payment system.
- Introduce malware or interfere with website operation.
- Use another person’s identity or payment information without authorization.

No ownership rights are transferred through website access or purchase.

Ambire Health may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, business operations, or patient safety.

Ambire Health does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its nonclinical informational content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
